- The sale of the MH900E was done via the internet in a form of e-commerce known as B2C (Business to Consumer), a risky move in 2000
- The total production run of 2000 units were sold to people from 20 different countries
- The MH900E was built around the same engine as found on the Ducati 900SS
- The first 1,000 units were sold out in 31 minutes
- Many of these are considered pieces of art decorating the walls of homes, offices, and shops
