Offered through the Throttlestop is a true time-capsule of automotive design and history. A special 25th Anniversary Edition Lamborghini was announced in 1988 to celebrate a quarter century of Lamborghini Automobiles. Similar to the 5000 QV version of the Countach the unique offering sported considerable revisions credited to the designer Horacio Pagani. Among the notable changes it included the enlargement and extension of the rear air box intakes OZ Racing Wheels shod with Pirelli P-Zero Tires a redesigned engine bay cover new rear bumper and myriad aerodynamic refinements which improved engine cooling. Of course there was also the enormous rear wing. It was the fastest Countach to date with a 0-60 MPG in 4.7 seconds and a top speed of 183mph. The special model was offered through 1990 with just 657 examples produced world wide.
