- This engine was commissioned by The Throttlestop to our specifications for this running engine display
- Its displacement is 521 cubic inches and uses an original cast iron 460 block bored to 4.39 inches mated with a Scat 4.300 inch stroke crankshaft internally balanced with 6.7 inch Eagle rods and Mahle 10.5 to 1 compression pistons
- The new Boss 429 heads feature stainless valves that are mated to a Holman & Moody 4V NASCAR intake and 950 CFM carburetor and is fitted with a semi mild hydraulic roller camshaft
- This externally period correct Boss 429, when mated with modern stroker architecture, provides the best of both worlds
