1973
Kawasaki
750 Z2 (RS)
- The Kawasaki 750 Z2 (also known as the RS) was a Japanese market only model made from 1973-78
- It is identical to the 900 Z1 with the exception of certain engine components, black engine paint, 26 mm carbs, a 42-tooth rear sprocket and a "red line" speed warning light that comes on when "speeding" over 80 kph
- The few that exist in the US today were probably brought stateside by servicemen returning from the Vietnam conflict
- This unrestored original 1973 Kawasaki Z2 RS is a time capsule wearing its original Candy Tone Brown coloring, the only color available in 1973
- It is only original once and will stay this way while The Throttlestop has it in the collection
